Jefferson Leadership Institute is a leadership development program located in Watertown, NY. Agriculture is a large part of the community in Northern New York and the JLIP did a tour throughout Jefferson County visiting major agricultural areas. Their tour at Agbotic was the first time they’d seen a year-round greenhouse in NNY. The tour was fun and engaging, with so many questions from the participants. Kevin Richadson, Co-Founder (and also our designated tour guide) was so welcoming and happy to have them visit.
